The guys who made Holdem Indicator obviously understand that poker is not just about playing your cards, but also playing the player. In this tool you get a full set of poker odds with all the hand strength info you are going to need. In addition to this, the tool will collect data on your opponents. You will be able to see information on how loose or tight, passive or aggressive your opponents are and a lot more.
Holdem Indicator will then profile your opponents into a number of categories so you can see their style at a glance. The end result is a poker calculator that covers a full spectrum of important data from win odds and pot odds to drawing odds as well as the necessary opponent data required to adapt to your opponents play and exploit their weaknesses.

What I really like about the odds in Holdem Indicator is how intuitively these odds are presented. To start with you see your win odds and pot odds in a bar graph side be side. It is often necessary to compare you win odds to your pot odds to see if a call is warranted. The side be side comparison makes this very intuitive. Before the flop, your hands EV and Sklansky hand group are shown above the win odds and pot odds. This gives two metrics of opening hand strength and will help you start to recognize the strength of an opening hand when in play if you have not got a well established grasp of this yet.
To the left of your win odds and pot odds, you see the odds of both you and your best opponent making different types of hands by the river. This lets you easily see draws that you might have missed as well as the exact odds of drawing to the different types of hands (e.g. flush, straight, full house, ...).

I think it is the addition of the player statistics and profiling that really rounds this tool out to make it a complete package. If you are playing poker from the odds only, this won't take you very far up the limits. You really need to be looking at how your opponents play, finding weaknesses and exploiting these weaknesses. For example, do the opponents to your left almost always fold to a blind steal? Does the player you are facing usually fold to a continuation bet, or does a player overplay their hand and see a showdown way too often. This is the sort of player info Holdem indicator will collect on your opponents. An ability to see these sorts of weaknesses and adjust you play against a specific opponent accordingly has the potential to add a lot of value to your play.
As well as these sorts of player statistics, Holdem Indicator will profile your opponents into a number of categories based on the stats it has collected. Players will be placed into categories such as a calling station, a good tight aggressive solid player, a loose aggressive gambler or a tight passive rock. The player stats window will place an icon representing a players profile once enough hands have been player. This allows you to quickly see an opponents style of play before looking at their specific statistics that may relate to the situation you are in.

The tool presents quite a lot of stats and profiles, so it is worth takeing a look at the User Guide -> Screenshots section of the Holdem Indicator website to see full details of the statistics that Holdem Indicator presents and the categories the tool will profile players into.
Holdem Indicator has a free download that you can use on play money games, and then you can unlock the real money version by singing up to a new poker room and making a deposit from the links on the Holdem Indicator site. If you already have an account at a poker room, what I suggest is to head over to Holdem Indicator and download the tool to try a couple of play money games with it. This will let you see all the functionality of the tool before signing up to a new poker room, how seamlessly it provides all this info while in the middle of play and how this tool can improve your game.
